• Applications for appointment of a receiver
• Minor settlements
• Probates
• Supplemental Proceedings
• Trust, Guardianship, and Conservatorships
• Unlawful detainer actions
• Sale of Structured Settlements
• NO Discovery Motions - these motions are heard by the assigned trial judge
